We deliver directly to your door via our trusted courier partners.
Collection and third-party pickups are not available at this time.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and address. Free shipping applies on orders of R1000 or more.

Times are guides. After hand-over to the courier, delays beyond our control can occur.

Express: 1–3 work days (from the next work day after the order is placed).
Free Shipping: 3–5 work days (from the next work day after the order is placed).

Orders placed before 09:30 on work days are processed and shipped the same day when possible.
Orders placed after 09:30 are processed and shipped the following work day.

When your parcel is collected by our courier you’ll receive a tracking email/SMS with your tracking number and link.

Deliveries to outlying or high-risk areas may take longer and can attract a courier surcharge shown at checkout.

Please report any visible damage or shortages to the driver on delivery and email us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
